Rules-Based Routing

Routing rules match on clinic, modality, body area, priority, time-of-day window and day of week, evaluated in order, first match wins. If a directed reader is unavailable the case moves to the next rule, every case carries an SLA deadline based on priority, and an unclaimed STAT case escalates automatically to a wider pool.

Read and Report in the Browser

Studies open in Chrome or Edge with no software or VPN: MPR, 3D, measurements, cine, multi-monitor, reference lines, viewport sync and species-aware hanging protocols. Report Assist starts each report from a species-specific template and Prior Comparison surfaces relevant previous studies; the radiologist reviews, edits and signs.

Billing From the Queue

Worklist entries carry billing code data that rolls up by sign date and exports as CSV, with no separate billing system.

Adding a Clinic

A new clinic connects to your NewLumen account via DICOM from its existing imaging system and its cases appear in the worklist immediately, with no new login and no change to the reading workflow.
